Senior Research Executive/ Associate Project Director (Quantitative) Apply
Location: Cairo - (Position Under Immediate Requirement)
Candidate Profile:
Qualification – MBA Marketing or equivalent
Number of Requirements - 2
Nationality - Preferably Egyptians
Experience – 3-4 years (maximum 4.5 years) of experience in Customized Quantitative research. Prior exposure to Egyptian/ N Africa markets would be preferred.
Skills looking for:
• Must have handled FMCG projects and clients. The ability to use a range of quantitative techniques and theory, with strong proposal writing   experience, experience conducting quantitative fieldwork, analysis and report writing.
• Day to day involvement with client projects, including designing topic,, interpretation, development of recommendations, presentation of   findings.
• Should have the ability to develop appropriate and innovative research designs; provides insights to all stages from proposal preparation,   design, survey study methods and report write-ups.
• Excellent client management skills & ensures client satisfaction. Maintains relationships with his/her identified clients, ensuring that their   needs are being met and that they are receiving appropriate levels of service, in collaboration with seniors on those accounts.
• Accountable for client relationships and satisfaction; builds strong rapport and trust; raises client expectations.
• Involvement with client projects, including interpretation, development of recommendations, presentation of findings.
• Takes initiative - proactively acts quickly and decisively to respond to opportunities. Follows through on his/her promises and commitments and   is trusted by the team(s) to deliver.
• Must be hands on and should be ready to exert beyond the comfort zones. Proactively anticipates issues and opportunities of strategic value.
• Should be able to manage some level of complexity and ambiguity in situations.
• Is able to recover from setbacks, using learnings as opportunities to develop. Adapts and responds to changing conditions, modifying behavior   and work style as necessary.
• Must be a creative thinker. Embraces change and excitement of doing new things in new ways.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal communications skills. Desire to drive own development.

Senior Project Director / Research Director (Quantitative) Apply
Location: Dubai - (Position Under Immediate Requirement)
Candidate Profile:
Qualification – MBA Marketing or equivalent
Number of Requirements - 2
Experience – 7-9 years in an MR agency in a client facing role. Should have customized quantitative research experience (i.e. not retail audit) with previous stint with premier market research agencies in client facing roles
Job description –This person would have high involvement & ownership in major accounts with a fair amount of independent handling & would be reporting to the Group head – will have 2-3 people reporting to him to carry out requisite functions. Will be responsible for maintaining the high level of research delivery and further strengthening the relationship by visiting the client for presentations etc. – should be confident in presenting to large audiences with senior marketing clients. Should have very good client servicing and account management skills coupled with strong analytical skills.
Skills looking for:
• Should have proven Market Research knowledge.
• Should have done studies across various categories and ranges of products.
• Should have demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and develop business. Should be able to consult the clients on other   research areas and recommend solutions.
• Should be able to manage the following tasks without any supervision – various types of proposal writing, questionnaire, field brief, analysis   plan, and presentation.
• Should be able to develop business as support in all sales efforts.
• Manage the profitability and growth of Adhoc customized projects.
• Should have Strong presentation and interpersonal communications skills.Support projects to ensure that all presentations are of “best in   class” standard and ensure high level of insights.
• Should have experience in managing a team of 2 or more people. Should possess strong skills in leadership and team management,   including staff development.
• Should act as an advisor and source of technical advice to members of his/her team or office.
• Should be able to deal effectively with pressure, maintaining persistence and focus.
• Should have the ability to develop new ideas & initiatives to promote AMRB among existing & new clients.
• Should be able to manage all accounts in portfolio as support role- handling of receivables etc.
• Promote the company through articles in the media if required.
• Should be able to adapts and respond to changing conditions, modifying behavior and work style as necessary.
• Should be sensitive towards various Cultures.

• Product tests
• Concept tests
• Brand/ad tracking
• Usage & attitude studies

Candidate Profile: We are looking at a dynamic & motivated person, who has spent 4-5 years as a qualitative researcher on the agency side. Key requirements - Apart from the necesary technical skills, the selected candidate should have a pleasing personality, team management ability and excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to create innovative solutions and applying out of the box thinking would be a plus. Experience on FMCG categories would be an added advantage.
