At AMRB we have a very open and informal work culture - we believe this allows us to be innovative and flexible in our approach to research. Even though there are separate business units within the organization, there is a lot of cohesion and camaraderie between teams. We believe in seamless networking, and quite often people across different units or geographies end up working together on large projects.
With an average age of just over 30 years, the team at AMRB is quite vibrant and lively. While the usual pressures of delivering within the clients' timelines are always there, the enthusiastic set of people makes for an enjoyable work atmosphere.
